The techs are so helpful in chats, for $4.99 a month and constant very questions without exam fees this is awesome! For some things you obviously have to take them in to a vet but this is great, I love the new service!

If I could give it a zero I would. Not useful. They say they can help BUT you need to visit your vet first. So just visit a vet. I disputed the charge via Chase. But Fuzzy said I got what I paid for which was nothing so I had to pay 1 month $25. What a waste.
This company is very, very helpful with any problems that I have with my account or order. They are very helpful in accommodating. The flea drops are just as strong as the market ones and work wonderfully. My cat has had no problems and no fleas since I've been using them. I recommend Fuzzy to everyone to give it a try. You won't regret it.

really great to have in a pinch they responded in less then 3 minutes was 3:30 am no other location would have answered me and given me the full breakdown, information, possible solutions, and possible future outcomes. Was going to keep it just for the free trial but now I'm definitely going to keep it well after the trial
